Location: 100% Remote USA
Engagement: W2 Contract
Duration : 6+ months with possible extension
Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who has worked closely with software-development teams and successfully delivered enterprise SaaS products or business applications from scratch-from initial concept and requirements through development, testing, implementation and production launch.
- The ideal candidate should have directly coordinated Product, Engineering/Development, QA, UX and business stakeholders throughout the complete product-development lifecycle.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- Proven experience working directly with software-development and engineering teams
- Mandatory experience building and delivering a product from scratch
- Demonstrated ownership from product concept and requirements through production launch
- Enterprise SaaS and software product-delivery expertise
- Experience with HRMS/HCM, Payroll, ERP, ADP or related systems
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, product roadmaps and backlog management
- Experience coordinating Product, Development, QA, UX and business teams
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- UAT, API integration, data migration, release and go-live experience preferred
- Public Sector, Healthcare or Insurance experience is a plus
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PgMP or PMO-CP certification preferred
