ResponsibilitiesDirect the day-to-day sales operations to ensure we meet our growth targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Guide and support our junior staff members, providing feedback that helps them grow their professional skillset.
Develop and execute local outreach strategies to connect with business owners and families across Middletown.
Manage complex policy renewals and identify coverage gaps that need immediate professional attention.
Review monthly sales data to refine our approach and improve the overall client experience.
Coordinate with local community organizations to strengthen our presence and visibility in the area.
RequirementsActive Property and Casualty insurance producer license in Connecticut.
Minimum of three years of experience managing personal or commercial lines.
Strong comfort level with consultative sales and public speaking.
Technical proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Deep knowledge of local market trends within the Middlesex County region.
Prior experience mentoring or leading small groups of staff.
$25.5 - $31 per hour
