Discovery Kidzone is looking for a  compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team at DKZ West in Bozeman.

No previous childcare experience is required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided!

What You'll Do

As an Infant & Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where children feel secure, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.

You'll:

• Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime
• Prepare bottles and follow proper food storage and sanitation procedures
• Create engaging learning experiences through music, sensory play, books, movement, and hands-on exploration
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
• Observe and document children's daily activities and developmental milestones
• Communicate professionally with families about children's routines, progress, and milestones
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care and learning experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is caring, dependable, patient, and excited to work with young children.

• At least 16 years old
• Passion for working with infants and toddlers
• Previous childcare experience is helpful but  not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable learning and working in a team environment
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to complete all required Montana licensing and training requirements
