Business development and client proposals are also a key part of the role.ResponsibilitiesSupervise engagement teams across various tasks such as maintaining records, preparing financial packages, assisting with budgets, and analyzing metricsEnsure timely deliverables and clear client communications, monitoring engagement budgets and invoicing clientsInteract with clients regularly, perform team training, and engage in business development activitiesQualifications/Requirements7-10 years' accounting experience required, with a focus on account management and hands-on accounting tasksStrong understanding of double entry accounting, U.S GAAP, and various taxation mattersBachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, fluent in English with strong computer skillsAbility to travel, work independently, and handle occasional overtimePreferred qualificationsExperience with accounting software programs like Xero, Intacct, or NetSuiteBi-lingual in Spanish or second language a plus, specialized knowledge in specific industries or accounting areas, and a CPA license preferred
