We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong experience in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and facility maintenance. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring maximum operational reliability to support production and site operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and services according to established schedules for both equipment and facility infrastructure.

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, diesel engine, and basic facility issues, and recommend corrective actions.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, hydraulic schematics, diesel engine diagrams, building layouts, and blueprints.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and facility maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

•High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in Diesel Mechanics, Hydraulics, Industrial Maintenance, or Facility Maintenance preferer

• Ready Mix Trucks
• Gantry and Overhead Cranes
• Miscellaneous small engines

Preferred Skills:

• Welding and fabrication experience.

• Basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting experience.

• Certification in diesel, hydraulic, or facility maintenance
