Davies Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading insurance organization that is adding several professionals to its liability claims team and seeking Claims Counsel / Senior Liability Claims Adjusters to manage complex, high-exposure liability claims.Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior liability adjuster or claims counsel who is comfortable managing complex claims independently and advising on coverage strategy.Key Details100% Remote (U.S.)Competitive Compensation Package ($120,000-$130,000 base salary)Full-Time, Permanent PositionWhat You'll DoManage complex, high-exposure liability claims from investigation through resolutionHandle catastrophic claims involving death or severe injury exposuresConduct detailed coverage analysis and policy interpretationIssue or advise on Reservation of Rights (ROR) letters and coverage determinationsManage litigation strategy in collaboration with defense counsel and internal stakeholdersEvaluate damages, establish reserves, and negotiate complex settlements on high-value claimsProvide guidance on coverage positions and strategic claim resolutionRequired ExperienceJuris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing OR at least 5 years of senior-level experience handling complex liability claims (e.g., commercial auto/trucking, general liability, excess/umbrella, professional liability)Active U.S. Adjuster License (any state accepted)Experience handling high-exposure liability claims, often involving six-figure to multi-million-dollar reserves xhyhwjd Proven experience with professional liability claimsExperience managing general liability (GL) claimsExperience with D&O (Directors & Officers) claimsExperience with Excess/Commercial Umbrella claimsExperience handling surety claimsExperience with class action litigation claimsStrong background in coverage analysis and policy interpretationPreferred ExperienceEnvironmental liability claimsExperience working closely with coverage counsel or legal teams
