Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Form Carpenters for a temporary project in Lakeland, FL. This role involves constructing and installing concrete forms for various construction projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in carpentry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build, install, and remove concrete forms for foundations, walls, and structures
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Ensure forms are level, square, and properly aligned
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Form Carpenter or similar role required
- Ability to read a tape measure and construction drawings
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job site in Lakeland, FL
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Must have your own tools
Schedule:
- Full-time hours (schedule may vary depending on project needs)
- Possible overtime
