- Years of experience: 2 year(s)
- Community hospital experience: Preferred
- Ltac experience: Preferred
- Trauma level I experience: Preferred
- Trauma level II experience: Preferred
- Certifications: BLS, RD/RDN, State licensed
- Certs marked with * are preferred
