The District Executive manages a designated district within the council, focusing on growing in finance, membership, and volunteer development. A Scouting background is NOT required for this position. Responsibilities Develop and grow the district across finance, membership, and volunteer development. Build relationships, engage diverse audiences, and provide customer service in support of program goals. Utilize marketing, management, budgeting, event planning, fundraising, and public speaking skills. Represent the council in community and business settings to advance Scouting initiatives.
