Site Supervisors (Albuquerque)

Responsibilities and Duties Site Supervisors are responsible for the daily operation of the program site. The site supervisor works with the program director and program coordinator to provide support in all aspects of the program. These duties include but are not limited to planning, implementation and evaluation. They supervise the program instructors, school- age care staff, communicate with families, build relationships with school staff and faculty and oversee all program activities at their school site. The site supervisor typically leads the partnership team composed of parents, faculty, staff and children, who evaluate the program and provide input for program improvement. Qualifications Every site will have a site supervisor who must be at least 18 years of age, hold a minimum of a high school diploma or GED plus at least one year. Experience in supporting school and/ or community programs working directly with children. Site supervisors will complete annual training as determined by RGEC. Site supervisors will work with the program director, coordinator and instructors to organize activities and projects that promote positive youth development and leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
