Motion Recruitment is currently hiring for a Cinema & Gallery A/V Technician* Location Dolby HQ Schedule Flexible availability required (weekdays, evenings, weekends) We are seeking a skilled Cinema & Gallery A/V Technician to support Dolby’s cinema, gallery, and event spaces. This role will operate and maintain Audio, Video, and Projection systems used for Dolby technology demos, film screenings, presentations, and corporate events. Responsibilities Operate A/V, lighting, and projection systems for demos, screenings, and events. Route digital and analog signals through networked systems and patch bays. Set up PA systems, presentation monitors, wireless microphones, and event equipment. Support projection content management and general A/V maintenance. Troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Provide support for executive-level presentations and high-visibility events. Required Skills Experience with A/V systems, signal flow, live sound, and event workflows. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting corporate events and presentations. Knowledge of Mac and PC operating systems. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Skills Dante, ProTools, Audio Architect, Crestron, or KVM system experience. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
