This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as a Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. This role is designed to prepare you for success as a future General Manager while providing a strong foundation in Panda's operations, culture, and leadership expectations.Don't worry! To prepare you for success, we will provide 12 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
