Job Description
The Lead Appliance Installer must be able to deliver and install kitchen appliances, leading a small team of 2 3 members. This role requires planning and coordination with customers, ensuring safe and timely setup using standard hand tools. The position involves local travel to customer locations and emphasizes professionalism, communication, and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate appliance installations effectively
- Lead and manage a small installation team (2-5 members)
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and clarity
- Set up kitchen appliances accurately using standard hand tools
- Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met
- Maintain thorough documentation of installations and team activities
- Travel locally to customer locations for installations
Required Qualifications
- Own basic installation tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective time management and coordination with field managers
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
