As a Maintenance Technician , you’ll play a critical role in keeping our containers and facilities in top condition. As a Maintenance Technician, you are the reason our customers feel confident trusting us with their belongings. Performing a wide range of repair tasks using hand and power tools with minimal to no supervision Completing general carpentry repairs, painting, caulking, cutting, and cosmetic container repairs Operating forklifts safely (we’ll certify you if you’re not already certified) Operating standard shop equipment and performing all required cutting operations safely Safely rigging and lifting materials as part of repair work Moving materials using hand carts and assisting with staging and organization Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, inside and out High school diploma or equivalent ~1-3 years of experience in construction, building trades, assembly work, or a related hands-on field ~ Ability to read and understand English in compliance with OSHA safety requirements ~ Ability to become forklift certified and safely operate material-handling equipment ~ Working a flexible schedule that may include Saturdays and overtime when the business is booming Competitive compensation with opportunities for overtime.
