Job Responsibilities:

• Checking patients in, discharging patients, invoicing
• Provide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments
• Answer phone calls which may include answering questions, scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Update and scan patient charts
• Enter data into computerized billing program
• Retrieve prescriptions and food
• Assist with pet supply purchases such as food, supplements, and grooming items
• Maintain the cleanliness of lobby, entrance way, exit way, hallway, and exam rooms
• Preparing next day's appointments
• Returning phone calls to check on patients
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periods
• Retail sales
• Other duties as assigned by Doctor, Practice Manager, and/or Leads/Supervisors

Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or relevant education and work experience
• Customer Service
• Organizational Skills
• Tech Savvy

• Communication skills
