The Production Lead is responsible for assisting supervisors/managers in ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met. Production Leads coordinate the work in a specific production area and are expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
