We are Looking to hire a part-time sales associate. Please note this is not a position with UPS. This is a position for an independently owned franchise.

Qualifications:

Positive Attitude.

Work as a team player.

The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance.

Outstanding phone skills.

Outstanding computer skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.

Prompt, reliable, and responsible.

Be able to work when scheduled.

Able to lift 40+ pounds without assistance.

Be able to work around 20-25 hours.

Responsibilities:

Delivers excellent customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.

Acknowledges every customer who walks in the store.

Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership.

Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions.

Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.

Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others.

Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Performs all duties required inside the store, including but is not limited to: faxing, scanning, copying, printing, shredding, and ringing customers out on the Point of Sale System.

Performs tasks with a positive attitude and perform the tasks accurately and efficiently.

Able to work some weekends and closing shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
