Part Time or Full Time
Licensed Life/Health Agents Start Immediately
*If Not Licensed- Great Training Program to Obtain License.

• IN-HOUSE LEADS- PEOPLE WHO HAVE FILLED OUT A FORM AND REQUESTED FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT AND HELP THEM
• WORK IN A TEAM BASED ENVIRONMENT

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Must have an active Life, Health & Accident insurance license or be willing to get licensed
• Coordinate marketing resources for prospective agents
• Meet with clients and help them apply for financial products
• Contact prospective clients that have asked for help and schedule appointments - no cold calling
• Contact candidates and schedule interviews with potential agents
• Conduct interviews and follow-up meetings with potential agents
• Assist with agent contracting and licensing requirements
• Guide new agents through the training and launch process
• Supporting new and existing agents in our Salesforce

INCOME:
Part Time- up to $35-75K+ First Year
Full Time- up to $100K+ First Year
Average: up to $400-$600 commission Per Appointment, to start
