Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team! Now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

As a Pinnacle Nurse Practitioner, you'll diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions while promoting preventative care and healthy lifestyle practices. You'll serve as both a trusted healthcare provider and an educator, helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes through personalized, high-quality care.

This position will provide care at our partner facilities located in Covington and Sidney, Ohio . Candidates must be willing to travel between both locations as part of their regular schedule.

Our Nurse Practitioners are the cornerstone of our clinical team, providing exceptional care while building meaningful relationships with patients. If you're passionate about delivering patient-centered care, committed to continuous learning, and eager to advance your clinical expertise through research and professional collaboration, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Examine patients and their medical records
Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
Prescribe medications
Maintain accurate records and schedules
Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics and prevention
Oversee patients’ overall health
Promote good health practices
Advance professional knowledge and conduct research

Skills

Proven experience as Nurse Practitioner in a clinic, hospital, ER or other setting
Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices
Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
Excellent communication skills
Strong ethics
Team spirit with a positive attitude
Patience and cool-headedness
Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
Valid nurse practitioner license
Master’s degree; PhD is a plus
