- Take Charge: Deliver comprehensive wound care utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound, directly to patients in their homes and local facilities.
- Go Further: Enjoy greater clinical autonomy and play a pivotal role in evaluating and managing complex wound cases.
- Lead & Mentor: Share your knowledge by collaborating with and guiding less experienced providers, supporting team development and continuously raising the clinical bar.
- Shape Best Practices: Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and process improvements that advance patient outcomes across multiple states.

- Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings

- Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator and natural team leader
- Commitment to innovation and quality care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
