The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow Development & CustomizationDevelop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and platform scripting.Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Client Scripts.Design and enhance custom forms, modules, and service catalog items.Develop and maintain custom Service Portal pages, widgets, and components. Workflow AutomationDesign, configure, and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and related automation capabilities.Automate business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.Build and optimize approvals, notifications, and task management workflows.
