Medical Patients with emphasis on cardiovascular disease. Utilizes a team approach to provide optimal care and education. A team of 7-8 patients includes 1 RN, 1 LPN and 1 Nursing Assistant. The registered nurses are patient advocates who collaborate with various health team members to deliver quality nursing care.
