Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with Expertise in Finding and Screening High-Quality tenants for a beautiful 288-unit apartment complex in Santa Ana. If you're passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences, we want to meet you.
Compensation:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour/Full time
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal
Responsibilities :
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turn prospects into residents.
- Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
- Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year leasing experience
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills. Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills.
- Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
- Proficient with Yardi Voyager a plus
- One weekend day is required.

This position is 100% in-office . The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
Pay Range
$19.50—$23 USD
