Pay: $37.00 – $40 .00 per hour                    

Job Location: On Campus (In Person), Full Time Position Summary

The Associate Director of Education supports the Director of Education (DOE) in overseeing academic operations, faculty coordination, student services collaboration, and compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. This role requires strong organization, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on maintaining a high‑quality learning environment for students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the DOE in supervising Faculty, Program Directors, and Faculty Assistants, including scheduling, course/instructors’ assignments, and preparation of faculty attendance and performance documentation.
• Assist the DOE in managing the Learning Management System (Blackboard Ultra), including course setup, user set up and access, content updates, grade approvals, attendance verification, LMS safety, LMS troubleshooting, and support for students, faculty and staff.
• Collaborate with Student Services department and the Registrar office to support the current student body and alumni to ensure smooth academic operations.
• Coordinate student program activities such as on‑campus and off‑campus lab schedules, CPR/BLS classes, and venipuncture sessions.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of off‑campus lab providers and trainers for both campuses (CA and NV).
• Assist with textbook distribution (digital and physical), final counts, and documentation for invoicing and payment approvals.
• Evaluate transcripts and prepare Transfer of Credit forms for DOE review and final approval.
• Participate in hiring processes for Faculty, Student Services, and Registrar departments.
• Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the DOE.
• Prepare documentation for meetings, presentations, and college events.
• Assist with planning and executing college events such as graduation ceremonies, alumni gatherings, Advisory Board meetings, faculty meetings (remote and on‑campus), and audits.
• Provide faculty support, including onboarding logistics, training coordination, scheduling assistance, and responding to faculty inquiries on behalf of DOE.
• Support curriculum coordination by tracking updates, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication between faculty and administration.
• Assist the DOE in developing academic policies aligned with state, federal, and  regulatory agencies.
• Support preparation of audits, annual reports, and accreditation documentation.
• Collaborate with the DOE to reinforce, review, and implement academic policies and procedures.
• Work along with the DOE on assigned projects from the Executive Directors as requested.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems required; Blackboard Ultra strongly preferred.
• Experience working with large student databases or Student Information Systems (e.g., RGM, Campus, Student First, Portico, Orbund, or similar).

• Experience using AI tools at a research or applied level, including familiarity with AI agents.

• Master’s degree in Education preferred.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commonly used administrative software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
