Assistant Store ManagerJob SummaryAs an Assistant Store Manager at Pit Stop Stores, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. You will assist in managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about helping others and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Supervise and train store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Assist in creating a positive work environment for all team members
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
