Position Summary Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Work You’ll Do As a Project - Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the Analytics and Insights team, you will be responsible for… Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, curated data sets, and semantic models that support reporting, analytics, and decision-making.Translate business and reporting requirements into scalable data solutions, including source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and validation rules.Develop and optimize SQL, Python, and platform-native transformations to improve data quality, processing efficiency, and usability.Partner with product owners, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver data products.Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation to support reliable, governed, and maintainable analytics assets. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence engineering, or data warehousing5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Reporting, Data Analysis, and/or Data Modeling5+ years of experience working with ERP Systems, ideally CognosSecurity+ Certified or be able to obtain certificationMust have active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
