Territory Sales Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a career-focused individual for an exciting Territory Sales Manager opportunity in the Monroe, LA area. The role covers Shreveport, LA to Monroe, LA and the surrounding area, offering a strong, well-established territory with room for growth. Compensation and Benefits Base pay: $125,000 – $150,000 per year. Commission available. Vehicle program, medical, vision, 401(k), paid maternity leave, disability insurance. Territory The Territory Sales Manager focuses on strengthening relationships within the contractor, engineering, and municipal markets across Shreveport, LA to Monroe, LA. Responsibilities Strengthen and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and municipal contacts. Provide consultative sales to support commercial and municipal civil construction projects. No overnight travel required. Training and Development Extensive training of 12+ weeks provided on products. Employment Details Full-time, Associate level, Sales, Business Development, and Strategy/Planning. Industries: Construction, Wholesale Building Materials, Manufacturing.
