Join our client's fast-growing company as an HR & Recruiting Specialist . Your role will be pivotal in supporting our HR and talent acquisition efforts. With strong organization and communication skills, you'll help streamline recruitment, coordinate interviews, onboard new hires, and assist in HR processes. Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Support HR administrative tasks such as document management and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Foster positive candidate and employee experiences through effective communication.
• Collaborate with HR and recruiting team to improve processes and candidate engagement.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to attract top talent.
• Keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in HR and recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for team success.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of HR regulations and compliance.
