Tom Storer Agency - Farmers Insurance in Redding, California, is looking for someone who wants to make money, and sell ! I am looking to hire Full time Insurance Sales Producer. No prior Insurance experience is required and no 'service work' is required in this position. That said, I am looking for someone with sales experience, that is competitive, and truly enjoys selling !

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Prior Sales Experience.

Professional phone etiquette.

Career minded vision.

A Property & Casualty , and Life & Health insurance license is required, or be able to obtain in 30 days.
