Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join MSK as a Clinical Nurse in Thoracic Surgery Office Practice and be part of a team at the forefront of innovative, image-guided care. This role offers the opportunity to deliver conscientious, evidence-based nursing care while making a significant difference for patients undergoing complex procedures.

Role Overview:

• Practice within a Nurse–Physician–led Ambulatory Care Practice Model to support high-quality, coordinated patient care

• Provide clinical support to team members and assist in handling a caseload of patients being prepared for Thoracic Surgery procedures

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver patient and family education, including pre- and post-procedure care coordination and symptom management

• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care across all phases of treatment, recovery, and follow-up

Key Qualifications:

• New York State RN license and BSN

• 1.5 years of related medical/surgical experience required

• 1.5 – 2 years of oncology experience highly preferred

• Surgical Oncology procedures experience strongly preferred

Additional Information:

• Hours: Per Diem shifts: 10 hours (8a-6p flexed) Mon-Friday. No Weekends or Holidays

• Location: 530 East 74th (Koch)

• Reports To: Nurse Leader

Pay Range: $18.00 - $170.00FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
