Community Health Program Coordinator (Time-Limited)

Alliance For Aging Inc

Alliance For Aging Inc is seeking a Program Coordinator to support daily operations of population health programs, including training delivery, scheduling, client home visits, and program reporting. You will supervise volunteers and subcontractors, develop partnerships, and assist in grants management under the Director of Planning and Population Health.
