The Aloft & Element North Kansas City is currently hiring dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team. We are seeking team members who take pride in cleanliness, hospitality, and creating an exceptional guest experience through the appearance and presentation of our hotel.

We are currently hiring for multiple housekeeping-related positions, including:

• Room Attendants / Housekeepers.
• Housemen.
• Public Space Attendants.
• Laundry Attendants.

Whether you have previous hotel experience or are looking to start a career in hospitality, we are looking for individuals with strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to Marriott brand standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness of hotel public areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and meeting spaces.
• Removing trash and soiled linen from guest floors and housekeeping areas.
• Delivering linen, towels, amenities, and guest requests.
• Operating laundry equipment and assisting with linen organization.
• Supporting overall housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction efforts.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage and back-of-house areas.
• Following hotel safety and chemical handling procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, hotel, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to support team operations.
• Weekends and holidays required as part of hotel operations.
