White Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Email View email address on click.appcast.io Description Job Overview: The IT Help Desk position provides responsive, user-focused technical support to employees while helping maintain the organization’s computers, mobile devices, applications, peripherals, collaboration tools, and related technology. This role is responsible for receiving, prioritizing, documenting, troubleshooting, and resolving technical support requests, both remotely and in person, while escalating complex or high-impact issues as needed. The position supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, networking, user accounts, and endpoint management systems, while following organizational cybersecurity, privacy, and access-control requirements. The IT Help Desk also assists with device deployment and lifecycle management, software updates, technology projects, onboarding and offboarding, vendor coordination, documentation, and user training. The successful candidate will provide clear communication and timely service while helping employees use technology safely, effectively, and efficiently. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, technical training, or relevant industry certification preferred.
