Job Description

As a Security Officer Field Patrol Driver in Fulton AR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a utilities location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and support access control activities. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license in the job state. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including operational areas access points and perimeter areas noting unusual activity and/or conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify authorized access and report suspicious behavior policy violations and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports and logs related to patrol activity incidents and/or observations supporting clear communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
