Customer Retention Representative

Engaging with policyholders to retain valuable life insurance coverage, the part-time Customer Retention Representative will work remotely during evening shifts, focusing on inbound and outbound calls to discuss policy options and solutions. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls from policyholders and proactively contact customers with lapsed policies to explore retention options Assess individual policyholder situations and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, retention rates, and call quality Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm Experience in a call center environment preferred Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
