B - LABORER

Laborer Position

Bedrock Landscaping LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to support daily landscaping operations. This position is responsible for assisting crews with landscape installation, maintenance, cleanup, material handling, and general outdoor labor. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and able to follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, and cleanup projects.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, plants, soil, mulch, stone, and equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks including digging, grading, raking, shoveling, trenching, and site cleanup.
• Assist with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, grass, and other landscape materials.
• Help install mulch, sod, edging, rock, and other landscape materials.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and properly.
• Support irrigation, enhancement, and maintenance crews as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or job site concerns to management.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials as needed.
• Willingness to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions.
• Ability to work well with a crew and maintain a positive attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and heavier materials with assistance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, landscaping tools, and small equipment.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position. Work schedules may vary based on project needs, weather, and business operations. Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
