Sales Manager

Sales Manager – Aaron’s Location: Lagrange, 222 Commerce Ave, Lagrange, Georgia, United States of America Salary: $13.50 to $15.00 per hour, eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Responsibilities Generate leads and close agreements. Process renewal payments. Physically handle merchandise to maintain showroom floors. Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships. Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies. Assist General Manager with operational functions. Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills. Aptitude for marketing. Desire to make a difference for customers. Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada). HS diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years of college or previous management experience preferred. Valid state driver's license and must meet DOT certification requirements (U.S.). Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm. Able to perform physical job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly. Benefits vary based on full‑time and part‑time employment status. Pay range note: The pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we believe we would pay for this role. The range may be modified in the future. Employee pay within the range is based on factors such as education, experience, seniority, performance, etc. The amount of any bonus, commission or other compensation is at the Company’s sole discretion.
