Desire for location in Northwest Florida but will consider candidates statewide who have demonstrated work experience. The ideal candidate will possess a B.S or similar degree in environmental science or related field. The position involves assisting with environmental reviews, GIS, and technical reporting to support Federally funded transportation, disaster, low-income housing, and community development projects. Salary and benefits are industry competitive and the position entitles a hybrid work environment (mix of office, remote, and field). Day-to-Day Working with Metric Team across multiple projects and tasks GIS analysis and Data Collection Environmental documentation and background research Technical report writing/editing Field surveys and site inspections Maintaining strict regulatory records Managing official correspondence and public notifications Required Qualifications Education: B.S. or B.A. degree in natural or environmental sciences or planning (or similar field) Excellent technical writing and communication skills Preferred Capabilities Proficient with map data/ArcGIS Familiarity with NEPA and/or HUD Grant Programs EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
