As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Credential Review in Malvern, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide professional customer service. Using computer or tablet systems, you will help maintain a secure, organized environment while communicating clearly with employees and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Answer and route incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and communicate professionally with staff and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related issues to help deter unauthorized entry and support a professional front-desk environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
