What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required
Retail and Internet Sales experience preferred
Positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
Desire to build lasting relationships and earn customers for life
Career-minded professionals who thrive in a team environment

Responsibilities

Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle
Deliver an outstanding buying experience that creates customers for life
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across our vehicle lineup
Prospect past, current, and future customers to build your business
Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries
Overcome objections with professionalism and confidence
Negotiate deals while maintaining customer satisfaction and dealership standards
Follow up consistently before and after the sale to build long-term relationships
Bring a positive attitude every day and help us continue putting dreams in driveways!
