This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 - USD 100,000 annually. As an Admin Senior, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, supporting senior management, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Provide comprehensive support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth information flow and collaboration. Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Manage office resources and supplies, negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement. Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and adherence to budgetary constraints. Organize and oversee company events, meetings, and other functions, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a senior capacity. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently. Nice-to-Haves Experience in project management or event coordination. Familiarity with office management software such as SAP or Oracle. Certification in office administration or management. Experience working in a corporate or large organizational setting.
