SPRAY PAINTER TECHNICIAN ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

Each day brings new challenges and surfaces, but your core responsibilities include:

• Applying fine-finish spray coatings to cabinetry, trim, doors, and exterior elements while adapting techniques to coatings and conditions
• Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting spray equipment such as airless and HVLP systems, including efficient material changeovers
• Preparing surfaces through sanding, masking, and priming while protecting surrounding areas and ensuring work aligns with the project scope

You will also review job documentation, communicate with crew leaders and field managers, identify scope discrepancies, uphold quality standards, and assist with shop and field coordination.

What You Need:

• Experience with airless and/or HVLP sprayers
• Understanding of coatings (latex, oil, lacquer, primers)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Takes pride in high-end finishes
• Works with urgency while maintaining quality
• Review the scope before starting
• Strong communicator
• Reliable and professional

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• 1+ years of professional spray painting experience
