Working collaboratively with physician operations leadership assumes a leadership role in planning developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction. Provides practice management for a large and or multiple practices sometimes in multiple locations typically supporting 8 to 20 providers and a support staff to exceed 50 or more employees. Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial quality and patient satisfaction improvement.
