What’s a typical day... You’ll be:

• Supporting Production Operations with accurate documentation, inventory reporting, labor and material tracking, and batch record review to ensure compliance and timely product release
• Mentoring employees on documentation and inventory accuracy, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing lot control and coordinating lot assignments to packaging schedules
• Preparing manufacturing instructions and essential documentation for processing and packaging departments
• Ensuring all documents are accurate and current
• Monitoring scheduling changes and updating inventory applications
• Performing detailed analysis of batch record documents for completeness and cGMP compliance
• Calculating product and label yields and investigating discrepancies
• Directing employees and supervisors in resolving batch record errors
• Conducting shop floor audits to review Standard Work processes and mitigate risks
• Overseeing batch record flow and verifying cGMP requirements
• Analyzing inventory reports and auditing transactions for accuracy
• Reconciling inventory variances with physical verification
• Providing corrective actions to supervisors
• Managing DOT documentation for outbound shipments
• Supporting label room functions and maintaining office supply inventory

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a HS Diploma/GED plus 2 years of experience OR an Associate Degree (required)
• Are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
• Possess strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrate team orientation and self-direction
• Can lift 10-25 lbs. and perform tasks involving walking, standing, sitting, and typing/data entry
• Preferably have experience with manufacturing accounting, FDA/cGMP/ISO regulations, Oracle, Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement, or chemical manufacturing
