About the Position

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active Minnesota license required Certifications: ARRT MR*, ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: - Previous travel experience required - Confidence and self-sufficiency on night shifts Description: The technologist will work solo overnight. This role requires a high level of confidence in performing duties. Experience in the following areas is preferred: abdomen, pelvis, and trauma. The facility is an acute care hospital with a total of 479 staffed beds. This position provides care for patients across various age groups, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The preferred charting system is Epic. The candidate should have experience with various MRI procedures and knows how to prepare and administer contrast media. Travelers are required to work holidays as needed. Compliance with state fingerprinting requirements within a specified timeframe is mandatory. Successful candidates must have a dedication to patient care and be prepared for the demands of a fast-paced environment.
