As a Brand Marketing Representative at Luxuriate Management , you will work directly with customers and clients to create strong brand experiences, build lasting relationships, and support customer acquisition through personalized, face-to-face engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers daily through face-to-face communication and personalized brand experiences.
• Promote partner brands, increase brand awareness, and educate customers on products and services.
• Support customer acquisition by identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales .
• Maintain relationships with new customers and assist with account management.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve campaign goals and performance targets.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, training, and leadership development.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Goal-driven, dependable, and adaptable.
• Leadership potential and a desire for professional growth and advancement.
