We want someone who can take a product, an idea, or a moment and turn it into content people actually want to watch.You'll be responsible for:Concepting, shooting, and editing short-form social contentCreating Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, and other social-first assetsMaking our apparel the hero through styling, movement, details, locations, and storytellingShooting at our stores, warehouse, around Pittsburgh, and wherever the idea takes youFinding content opportunities without waiting for a detailed shot listWorking with our social team to bring the monthly content direction to lifeYou're probably a fit if:You already create content and have a portfolio to prove itYou have a strong eye and strong tasteYou can shoot and edit from start to finishYou understand what works on Instagram and TikTokYou can make great content with a camera or an iPhoneYou bring ideas to the table instead of waiting to be told exactly what to shootYou're reliable, organized, and can turn content around quicklyFashion/apparel experience is great, but creativity, taste, and the ability to execute matter more.Our world is vintage Americana, workwear, Pittsburgh grit, and everyday life.
