Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care for patients in both critical and non-critical care settings. The ideal candidate will assess, implement, monitor, and evaluate respiratory therapy treatments while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients requiring respiratory care.
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and respiratory medications.
- Manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
- Perform ventilator monitoring and setting adjustments.
- Assist with intubation, extubation, bronchoscopy, and suctioning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program.
- Oklahoma Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License (or temporary permit).
- CRT or RRT credential through the NBRC.
- BLS certification within 2 months of hire.
- 0–6 months of respiratory therapy experience.
