Five Star Sheets, a corrugated paper manufacturer in New Carlisle, IN is looking to add to our Service Team at a company focused on safety, sustainability, and service. In the Customer Service Representative role, you’ll collaborate across multiple stakeholders including; production/operations, scheduling, and our in-house transportation team to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and delivered with excellence. Desirable candidates would have: 5yrs Experience in Customer Service and / or Production Scheduling. Excellent communication and customer relations skills. Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Strong computer skills are required with focus on MS Excel and e-mail management. Positive attitude and interpersonal skills Associate’s Degree preferred Possess strong computer application skills Proficiency in all MS Office programs with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while remaining flexible in a high volume, rapid turn-around, production environment. Position hours of 10:30am-7:00pm with some flexibility Full-time position with occasional Saturday overtime Pay range starting at $20 - $25/hour with potential to increase based on qualifications.Part time positions will also be considered based on qualifications.
