Your professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the success of our establishment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.Assist with menu recommendations and upselling of specials or additional items.Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 18 years old.Must be able to pass a background check.Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred but not required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:Stand and walk for extended periods.Lift and carry trays of food and beverages.Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests and team members.Moderate to high noise levels.What’s in it for you?We're not just offering you a job; we're presenting you with an opportunity to grow and thrive within our organization.
